A 2026 Comparison of Chat-Reply Systems for Aesthetic Clinics
This page compares Re:Booking with the chat-reply and LINE OA tools Thai aesthetic clinics most often weigh, judged on capabilities anyone can verify in principle rather than on claims about who is better. Three things mark where Re:Booking focuses and most competitors do not: the owner or admin approves every message before it is sent, a medical-claim filter, and a design built specifically for an aesthetic clinic's DM workflow. One caveat: each provider's details can change, so check their own website before deciding — and Re:Booking is still early, with no customers yet.

This table summarises what each brand emphasises publicly; it is not an in-depth test of every feature, and it lists no prices, because each provider's pricing changes often and usually depends on negotiation — please ask the provider directly for current pricing.
How to read the table fairly
- Several competitors are strong at what they choose to emphasise. FoxConnect and ClinixMate, for example, are strong on booking and clinic management, while MAAC, ReadyPlanet and BotBonnie are strong on LINE CRM and broadcasting — a different problem from drafting, approving and controlling DM messages.
- A "—" does not mean poor. It means this is not that provider's primary focus, or that no verifiable public information was found.
- Re:Booking is still early. Some features, such as automatic IG/FB connection, are still marked "coming soon", so we state things as they are and do not overclaim.
The aim of this page is to help you decide from facts, not from advertising.
Who Re:Booking is, and isn't, for
A good fit if you are an aesthetic-clinic owner who:
- Wants to reply to DMs faster while still controlling the tone and accuracy of each message yourself
- Is concerned about medical claims and advertising risk
- Wants an overview — through an owner's view — of whether replies ran slow today and where leads are slipping
Perhaps not right now if you:
- Want a bot that replies entirely on its own, with no person to send the message (by design, we do not do that)
- Primarily need a full POS/EMR/inventory system (that is more of a ClinixMate strength)
- Need automatic IG/FB connection that works today (ours is still in development)
Being honest about what we can and cannot do is the principle we hold to.
